As I was living in the big cities of Sydney and San Francisco from 1998 to 2015, I did not need a car and seldom rented one either. My license had expired just before moving to North Carolina and decided to reestablish in North Carolina. I saw Sammy's car at he Arrowood DMV and contacted him for help. He met me on Sunday so that he could help me refresh my driving skills before I was due to go to he driving skills test. He was an excellent teacher and taught me best practices and took me through the driving skills test twice including startup procedures. On the day of the exam, Sammy met me at 6am so we could be nearly first in line. He waited patiently and came to check on me in line to make sure I was ok and not nervous.
